At DINT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DINT account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, security tags, and invoices are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
